Project:
Kuoni were introducing change to the way their staff were working, which included technology change. They wanted a short animation to let people know about the initiative, called ORION. It needed to get across several key messages about how they needed to update their systems and process to keep up with the times and it needed to be able to communicate the messages without dialogue or spoken-word.
Approach:
Kuoni wanted us to create characters that represented different areas and skills involved in the business. We worked with Kuoni stakeholders and our illustrator to come up with a group of superhero animal characters. The characters were hand-drawn and animated to tell the story of how Kuoni make the necessary changes to win the race against their competition.

The characters that were created were to feature in the full campaign around ORION. Comic strips and other materials were all going to use the same fun figures that everyone loved.
Our Role:
Concept development, scripting, illustration, storyboarding, sound design & motion graphics.
Result:
The video was used for internal communication, the target audience where both partners and employees of the company who where invited to watch it on the Youtube Kuoni GTA channel.
