"Screencult were technically competent - understood our requirements and were able to drive an accountable training solution which produced excellent results across our teams. I would have no hesitation in working with Screencult again in future." - Nick Cox - Programme Director - GSMA
Video for Change
How do you effectively and economically rollout change across your organisation?
Video is one of the best ways to inform users of upcoming change, deliver training and support users once changes have gone live.
Additionally, using video can save a lot of time and money, versus providing face-to-face training or telephone help-desk support.
Our solution involves three types of video:
1. Prepare your organisation for the changes that are due. Articulate what is going to change and why this is important.
2. Train your staff according to their requirements / roles, and demonstrate how the new system looks and works.
3. Support your staff with any frequently asked questions through a series of task-specific instructional “how to” videos.
As the experts in producing video for change programmes, we make it easy to build up a wealth of content that your staff access when they need it, and can form part of new starters' induction process.
